**Primary Responsibility**

Passionately using your extensive management, carpentry, and renovations skills to provide expertise on every project for the safe, effective, execution and successful completion of every job with excellence. To conduct yourself professionally while aligning yourself with the company initiatives, mission, values and showing care and respect in team with all.

**Duties**
- Managing a team, customer and build while meeting budgets, timelines and objectives on every construction project.
- Assessing regular material and labor requirements
- Enhance organization reputation wherever possible
- Overseeing and working alongside sub-contractors to align goals.
- Adhering to policies and procedures while contributing input for improved productivity, quality, construction systems and customer-service standards.
- Manage and assess risk while maintaining a safe, clean, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Training, leading, and encouraging the learning of co-workers when working in a team on site.
- Seek and funnel leads for new work to Bay Point Sales
- Update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
- Provide additional assistance where needed and/or requested.
- Ongoing reviews of relevant staff.
- Maintain tool and equipment organization security and safety
- Assuring, in a team, the customer is your biggest fan.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Valid G license in good standing
- High school graduate a must, college degree is a plus
- 15 years experience in construction and renovations for residential and commercial work
- Good listener with strong organizational and communication skill
- Strong relationship, interpersonal and managerial skills which demands the respect of others
- Self-thinker and processor with ability to formulate solutions
- Physically active and healthy person with the ability for heavy lifting and general construction site requirements
- History of skills in carpentry (rough/trim) and proficient with drywall, taping, concrete and other various renovation requirements.
- Very detailed eye for quality
- Good understanding of applicable health and safety, and building code
- Exceptional time management to prioritize activities and allocate resources effectively
- Able to read plans and work comfortably with math and numbers.
- Strong Computer literacy
- Humble yet have an outgoing and friendly personality

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full time
- Salary $ 75-90K per year Depending on Experience
- Potential Bonuses available

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
