In this busy position you will greet customers and take payment both in person and over the phone for a variety of services (parts, storage fees, repair and maintenance services). Provide administrative support to the owner, controller, parts personnel and various other internal employees, vendors and customers.

This is a full time position based out of Westlock, AB. Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize a heavy work load.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Strong sense of team work and dedication.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer a large volume of telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department or take messages efficiently.
- Greet visitors in a professional manor.
- Process payments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operates office equipment such as photocopier, postage meter and a personal computer.
- Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Accurately manage the Mini Storage including data entry and setting up new customers. Relay proper information to our Mini Storage customers regarding monthly fees, balances owing and instructions upon new customer set up.
- Process a high volume of customer statements and invoices in a timely and accurately fashion.
- Light to moderate data entry into a variety of internal computer systems.
- Daily bank deposits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
