We are currently looking for an experienced **Construction Superintendent** to oversee a multitude of upcoming unique projects. NOTE: _**ability to work evenings and/or travel away is REQUIRED.**_

**Key Qualifications (Must be detailed in your resume)**:
1. **Proven Supervision Experience**: Hands-on experience supervising construction projects. Background in commercial retail projects is preferred.
2. **Technical Proficiency**: Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot construction drawings, plans, layouts, details, and specifications.
3. **Subcontractor Management**: Skilled in supervising subcontractors, delegating labor, and understanding construction procedures, sequences, and assemblies.
4. **Workforce Coordination**: Experienced in scheduling and coordinating construction workers and trades.
5. **Construction Scheduling**: Expertise in planning and managing construction schedules effectively.

- Oversee the day-to-day site operations of commercial construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, safety protocols, and timelines.
- Maintain clear communication with head office, workers, trades, and project stakeholders.
