Primary Responsibilities:

- Responsible for implementing full life cycle IT Quality programs developing, review and executing practices & programs and driving an IT quality culture.
- Reporting weekly on existing KPI and also creating new KPI
- Required to actively participate on weekly/monthly meetings and present defects with root cause analysis reports to local executives, to global management team and also participate on customer calls
- Implement quality processes with other IT functional teams to ensure preemptive and proactive tangible controls are implemented
- Identify risks on IT changes on day to day and project based customer requests on changes
- Responsible for root cause analysis of detects on IT changes and work with functional quality assurance department in delivering preventative measures
- Establish guidance IT leadership and teams regarding the development of processes and procedures as well as metrics & measures to fulfil ITs’ QMS (Quality Management System) requirements.
- Establishes and implements requirements reviews, design reviews as well as integration and regression testing procedures/processes to ensure that the interaction and co-existence of various software elements meet IT quality to have zero defects
- Writes and execute the validation test plan per validation strategy and specifications
- Participates in defining functional and non-functional tests, including (where appropriate) Security, Performance, Load, Robustness, High Availability, Accuracy, and UX (User Experience)
- Applies knowledge of quality and process management to assist in the review and recommendation of quality improvements for processes, methods of instruction and quality procedures for the IT team.
- Supports daily communication and collaboration with G+D’s cross functional management system.
- Ensures the software development and IT practices are aligned with industry trends, regulations and standards
- Performs defect tracking and working with IT functional leads to implement quality processes to eliminate identified trends
- Reduce the number of nonconformance and defects by 90% in the first year and addressing privacy issues within 2 hours
- Creates statistical data and analysis of the information and establish baselines for other IT functional areas to meet, which must be measurable.

Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements:
Work Experience
- IT professional with a minimum of 5 years leading IT full life cycle quality management programs in complex and/or FI compliant organizations.
- Significant experience implementing change and quality program with demonstrated and substantial communication & influence management skills.
- Proven IT tenure with cross functional, full life cycle and full stack expertise.
- At least 5 years’ experience in full stack, software & systems test management including test automation
- A background in implementing Agile delivery and DevOps life cycle management.
- Experience in Data driven testing, testing experience in Web services, bug/defect tracking tools
- Experience with EMV (Europay MasterCard Visa) chip and payment card industry is preferred.
- Experience implementing delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) a distinct asset.
- Must have experience in IT software development, Infrastructure changes, maintenance and change and release management

Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Work experience in software development
- Knowledge of a programming / scripting language (Java, C#)
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (JMeter, SoapUI, Selenium)
- Solid documentation skills
- Solid knowledge in the design, development and documentation of Test Cases, Plans and Reports
- Strong understanding of Quality Metrics and STLC (Software Test Life Cycle)
- Solid knowledge of Defect & Test Case Management Tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience with performance and security testing
- Knowledge of data communication/networking protocols
- Work experience with JIRA / Confluence
- Knowledge on development tool including Jenkins, Mercurial, and etc.
- Fluent English and local language
- ISTQB® Certified Tester - Foundation Level is a ‘plus’
- Proven track record implementing total IT quality programs.
- Demonstrated ability leading program and cultural change in a technical setting.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent consultative change management ability.
- Solid Understanding of IT Quality Management, IT Management, Software Development Life cycle, Change Management, Operational, Monitoring, QA and specifically QM processes,
- Knowledge of PCI DSS and ISO 27001 an asset.
- Analytical thinking and Troubleshooting skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
