**Job description**

We are Looking for a mechanically inclined individual with experience. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the installation and assembly of Hydraulic Tilt and Load Flat Bed Carriers and Tow Truck Wrecker Bodies and Wheel lifts, we also install Lighting and Hydraulic PTO’s on various Light, Medium and Heavy duty truck chassis.

**SUMMARY**

This position is responsible for safely assembling equipment by following detailed instructions from supervisors. These assemblies vary in size and require the use of a variety of mechanical, electrical, and manual tools.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Position general responsibilities are as follows:
1. Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies

2. Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto trucks utilizing power equipment and wrenching techniques

3. Drill holes for wires, hoses and small parts

4. Operate a torch, plasma cutter, or grinder to cut and shape parts

5. Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements

6. Install various truck accessories (decals, mud flaps, cameras, lights)

7. Lift and stack completed subassemblies and parts up to 65 lbs

8. Train and work in various areas of assembly in response to production demands

9. Follow verbal and written work instructions

10. Attention to detail necessary to adhere to quality standards

11. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

12. Regular attendance required

13. All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

1+ year(s) of experience in an assembly or mechanical occupation
- Full Time Mon-Fri 8am:4pm
