The Marketing Cordinator is an integral member of the go-to-market team and has the opportunity to grow quickly as the Appficiency organization continues to expand. You will work directly with team members across the organization, including product development, sales, finance and executive leadership. You will also have the opportunity to work with Appficiency’s strategic partners supporting collaboration in go-to-market activities.

**The Commitment**:
- As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to support the Sales team and the Partner Marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral, such as case studies, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
- Create and manage social media content and engagement for the company's social media accounts.
- Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain the marketing collateral and digital asset library.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Assist with other marketing projects and duties as assigned
**The Essentials**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with marketing automation software.
- Knowledge of NetSuite products and services is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, is a plus.
