We are looking for a Head of Business Development to join our team and lead our efforts in expanding our partnerships with mobile game developers and B2B partners. The goal is to expand our mobile game portfolio with new amazing and well known games as well as finding other beneficial B2B partnerships.

You will need to have a strong background in the gaming/mobile gaming industry, a history of working at a gaming services provider in the B2B space and a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals with potential clients and partners.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to both game developers and B2B partners.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners, including creating proposals, structuring deals, and managing contract negotiations.
- Onboard game developers and B2B partners, including facilitating the contract negotiation process, providing product training, making sure the games are integrated to the platform and managing ongoing communication.
- Collaborate with other departments, including, product development, marketing, and testers, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of new partnerships.
- Monitor and report the performance of business development initiatives and game usage to game providers, including analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present data to stakeholders, including executive leadership and potential clients and partners.

**What You’ll Be Bringing To The Team**
- At least 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, within the gaming/mobile gaming space with a proven track record of success in driving growth through partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills, with the ability to structure and close complex deals.
- Experience in the mobile gaming industry and a strong understanding of the gaming market and industry trends is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and use insights to inform business decisions.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create compelling presentations for partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
