Order Desk Representative

You will be responsible for answering to inquiries, providing information and making recommendations regarding products distributed by AD Waters.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Help customers find the answers they need with the various tools available online
- Recommend the right spare parts and / or alternatives to customers - and at the best price
- Track production, shipping and billing orders
- Follow up to ensure receipt of the order by the customer
- Directing customers to the technical service department for all requests of a technical nature
- Provide sales representatives and sales representatives with support for product, inventory, ETA, CRM, and tracking requests
- Assist other colleagues and other related tasks
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
- ASSET: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the plumbing industry
**Skills**
- Inside sales focused
- Have the speed of learning
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Data entry and entering customer orders
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Constant helpful attitude towards the customer
- Bilingual both written and spoken (French and English) to meet American and Canadian clients (**an asset**)
- Good stress management during busy times
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of Epicor software (an asset)
- Vous serez chargé de répondre aux demandes de renseignements, de fournir des informations et de faire des recommandations concernant les produits distribués par AD Waters.
Tâches et responsabilités
- S'assurer que les clients reçoivent un service optimal avant et pendant le processus d'achat d'un produit via plusieurs moyens (téléphone, courriel...)
- S'assurer de la satisfaction des clients en offrant un service rapide, fiable et précis pour toute demande effectuée par courriel, téléphone ou à la réception - pour toute question concernant une commande, des informations, la disponibilité d'un produit, ses caractéristiques, son prix, sa garantie, etc.
- Aider les clients à trouver les réponses dont ils ont besoin grâce aux différents outils disponibles en ligne
- Recommander les bonnes pièces de rechange et/ou alternatives aux clients - et au meilleur prix
- Faire le suivi des commandes de production, d'expédition et de facturation
- Faire le suivi pour assurer la réception de la commande par le client
- Orienter les clients vers le service technique pour toutes demandes de nature technique
- Fournir aux représentants commerciaux et aux représentants des ventes un support pour les demandes de produits, d'inventaire, d'ETA, de CRM et de suivi
- Assister d'autres collègues et autres tâches connexes
**Qualifications**:
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle
- ATOUT : Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la plomberie secteur d'activité
Compétences
- Axé sur la vente interne
- Avoir la rapidité d'apprentissage
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
- Saisie de données et saisie des commandes clients
- Compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles bien développées
- Attitude serviable constante envers le client
- Bilingue à l'écrit et à l'oral (français et anglais) pour rencontrer les clients américains et canadiens (un atout)
- Bonne gestion du stress en période de pointe
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft
- Connaissance du logiciel Epicor (un atout)
