Be our next **Scale Operator
**Your work environment at EXP**

This position is a casual, temporary role that will last the until the construction project ends. This role will require 14-hour workdays to align with contractors' schedules.

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Use a computerized scale to record the weights of outgoing vehicles,
- Log information into a daily reporting work sheet,
- Coordinate with field staff and report audited daily sums,
- Maintain a safe, organized working environment.
- Must be willing to work 14hrs per day to align with the contractor's schedule.

**What your experience looks like**
- A high school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
- Must possess a driver's license and also be able to drive to a work site (20-30minutes from downtown Grande Prairie).
- Moderate computer proficiency,
- Experience as a scale operatory road construction and gravel extraction pit environment,
- Basic math skills,
- Experience with radio communication
