**Responsibilities**:

- Directs and oversees all aspects of Dependable Quote Writer spec writing program policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Develops and establishes procedures and policies governing customer and dealer correspondence.
- Develops and establishes internal strategies and applies innovative ideas.
- Responsible for designing and implementing improved processes or operational policies.
- Recommends changes to products or services
- Work with production and engineering to ensure that the truck meets customer expectations while maintaining high standards of quality

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Detail-oriented
- Good Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Work in a Fast-Paced Team environment
- Customer-oriented
- Mechanical aptitude and/or Fire truck knowledge is preferred
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to multi-task, effective time management skills
- Efficient computer skills in the Microsoft Office Package.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
