EA Create Capture is a central content creation team within EA Studios. Our content is generated through motion capture, performance capture, 3D head and body scanning technologies for videogame titles developed by Electronic Arts (EA). While maintaining EA's core values and development team needs, the Production Assistant supports these services through the organization of daily tasks, risk mitigation, production planning, project management and resource coordination.

Work is performed on-site at the Vancouver studio. The role is an important contact for studio and production teams, delivering multiple tasks on time and on budget. Partnering with other Production Assistants, Stage Development Manager, Shoot Supervisors and the Stage Manager, involved from pre-production through to recording wrap.

This is a temporary project opportunity.

**You will**:

- Report to Operations Lead in EA Create Capture.
- Support the Vancouver-based capture team with a variety of admin tasks to support the team's goals while observing EA's procedures.
- Be responsible for production paperwork used to coordinate performer and crew shooting schedules.
- Manage shoot communication channels between on-set and remote crew.
- Coordinate meetings and production catering.
- Help manage studio inventory (craft, supplies) and secure documentation disposal.
- Manage shipping logistics, rentals and catering needs for production, including contract administration.
- Help track project expenditures and budget.
- Support team members with company procedures around health & safety and facility.

**You Have**:

- You have 3+ years experience in an administrative or production office environment found in film, TV, VFX or videogames.
- Ownership and use integrity when managing your tasks and priorities

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

HOURLY PAY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $59,000 - $80,500 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
