**osition: Security Guard - Part Time**

**Payrate: $18.00-18.50/hr**

**Schedule: Sunday - Monday**

**Shift: Overnights**

**Overview**:
**Requirements**:

- **Must have Residential Security experience**:

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have a valid** Ontario Security License**.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
