- Have experience in automotive parts management
- Multiple roof top management exposure is a considerable asset
- Experience with larger, big volume stores.
- Easily adaptable to new software platorms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the parts operations at each specific dealership
- Implement all systems, scheduling and procedures in the Parts Department
- Maintain high profitability in all areas and assist in keeping all parts department expenses under strict control
- Ensure high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times, for all locations.
- Working with each Parts Manager, help to maintain and manage inventory control including purchasing, selling, and stocking, pricing and counting parts

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum three (3) years relevant parts management experience in a Dealership environment
- Minimum five (5) years experience in a management or supervisory role
- Three (3) years experience as a Parts Advisor or inventory clerk, preferred
- Customer Service experience
- Strong ability to lead and manage
- Able to successfully manage multiple department managers
- Valid Ontario driver's license as this is not a stationary role.
- Must have own vehicle
