Pizza Chef Wanted - Pizza part grand open

About Us
- Is located in the heart of the Charlottetown, PEI. We are launching a brand-new pizza menu and looking for a passionate and experienced Pizza Chef to help us set up and lead this exciting addition.

Position and role
- Help select/setup pizza equipment
- Develop and test pizza recipes
- Train kitchen staff in pizza prep and safety standards
- Ensure consistency and quality during the launch phase
- Support day-to -day kitchen operations

What We’re Looking for
- At least 6 months of recent experience in pizza making or related roles
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation and baking
- Ability to work independently and guide others in a small kitchen team.
- Reliable, detail-oriented and positive attitude
- Food Safety Certification is a plus
