Job Description
Hours of work will be between 8:00am - 5:00 pm, this role may require hours worked outside of regular schedules. This role will be located at SureHires Edmonton West Facility. The annual salary for this role will be between $55,000-$65,000.
**Job overview**:
**Internal Department & Client Support**:
Act as internal liaison for all complaint escalations from their designated Power Centre staff, related to Power Centre service delivery and customer experience
Track key performance indicators (KPI’s) of their designated Power Centre(s)
Manage their designated Power Centre(s) collection sites in SureLink to ensure time slots, schedules, general information, and blocks are inputted accurately and functioning correctly
Complete regular inventory counts, order inventory and maintain the appropriate minimums/maximums for their designated Power Centre(s) per SureHire inventory practices
Assist applicable stakeholders with business licensing, landlord communications, vendor set-up/maintenance, and renovations/maintenance requests for their designated Power Centre(s), when required
**External Networking & Business Development**:
Act as SureHire’s representative - when required - for current/prospective client meetings within their local area
Identify, coordinate, and attend community outreach and/or business networking events within their local area (4-8 events per fiscal year)
Attend meetings as SureHire’s representative for associations/organizations that SureHire has active involvement with (Canadian Society of Safety Engineering, Alberta Municipal Health and Safety Association, community chamber of commerce, etc.)
Other tasks as assigned
Education
High School Diploma.
Occupational Testing Certifications (alcohol, drug, DOT, respirator fit testing, audiometric technician, spirometry technician); Post-secondary education in management, leadership, change management, and/or business administration is considered a strong asset
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a SureHire Power Centre facility role, or commensurate experience with an external organization
