**Job Title: Release Management Lead (Insurance Domain)**

**Location**: Hybrid (2 Days in person) **Employment Type**: Contract / Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end release management activities including planning, coordination, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain release governance and best practices.
- Track release milestones, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure change management compliance and documentation.
- Support post-release validation and incident management.
- Drive continuous improvement in release processes and automation tools.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in IT with 3+ years in a release management lead role.
- Strong experience in the **insurance sector** is a must.
- Proven ability to manage complex releases across multiple environments.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools, release automation, and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
