**Responsabilit**é**s cl**é**s**:
Gérez efficacement toutes les taches administratives de façon méticuleuse:

- Etre à l’écoute des besoins de chaque client ;
- Service à la clientele ;
- Gestion téléphonique ;
- Prise et planification de rendez-vous ;
- Facturation et paiement ;
- Confirmation et service après vente auprès de nos clientes ;
- S’engager avec compassion avec nos patients qui doivent bénéficier d'une expérience hors-pair à tout moment.
- Rechercher activement de nouvelles opportunités pour améliorer et élargir l'expérience de nos patients dans la clinique, tout en aidant l'équipe de direction à maximiser les performances et la croissance du salon.
- S’assurer de la bonne fluidité du roulement de la clinique.

**Une formation sera accordée.**

**Qualifications requises**
- Etre bilingue (Français & Anglais) est requis pour ce poste.
- Doit avoir un bon esprit d’équipe.
- Une expérience antérieure de travail dans l'industrie de la beauté ou de l'esthétique, en particulier dans un contexte d'esthétique, est additionnel.
- Qualités de communication irréprochables.
- La capacité à travailler sous pression et multitâche est un must absolu.
- Disponibilité à temps plein
- Animé par un environnement axé sur les objectifs et autonome

**Horaire**: Lundi au Vendredi 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (8h)

**As the face of our salon you will be meeting and greeting clients, both on the phone and in person and will effectively manage all administrative tasks meticulously**:

- Telephone management
- Booking appointments
- Billing and payments
- Confirmation and after-sales service with our customers
- Providing information
- Engaging compassionately with our patients to make sure they feel welcomed and are provided with a 5-star experience at all times.
- Actively seek new opportunities to improve and expand our patients' experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team in maximizing the performance and growth of the clinic
- Ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

**Qualifications required**
- Being bilingual (French & English) is required for this position.
- Previous work experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry, particularly in an aesthetics context, is additional.
- Impeccable communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and multi-task is an absolute must.
- Post-secondary education required.
