**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and talented Florist to join our team. As a key member of our studio, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in floral design. This role is ideal for individuals who have a deep love for flowers, possess excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment that values innovation and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement floral designs based on the lead designer's instructions and client specifications.
- Ensure all floral designs are completed on time for scheduled events and deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of floral displays for events as needed.
- Uphold proper care and handling of flowers to ensure longevity and freshness.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a florist, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Working knowledge of different types of flowers, greens, and plants.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Formal education or certification in floral design is a plus.
