**Caretaker Wanted With Stable Renters**

This is an amazing opportunity to work as a small unit apartment complex caretaker with tasks for maintenance and cleaning.

Seeking someone (or couple) who are efficient & generally handy for day to day demands & intend on remaining in Edmonton long term. General upkeep & minor repairs as needed or based on tenants requests. Light bulbs, ceiling fan replacement, vacuuming & mopping daily, Tidying onsite Laundry room, cleaning front & rear glass doorways. Lawn mowing plus seasonal shovelling of walkways & parking lot.

The building is located in a stable close to downtown location of Northeast Edmonton. Many recent new developments in this neighbourhood for area enhancement. The complex layout is with only 2 units per floor & has long term renters. Stadium is nearby yet location remains quiet.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in cleaning and custodial services
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Strong facilities maintenance skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $400.00 per month
