**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Senior Site Reliability Engineer with proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale monitoring solutions, incident management, and automated remediation systems.
- Deep expertise in observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK Stack), distributed tracing, and performance optimization.
- Strong background in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (Azure).
- Demonstrated track record of improving system reliability through SLO/SLI implementation, capacity planning, and chaos engineering practices.
- Must have 8+ years of experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring teams, and establishing best practices for production operations at scale

- Design and implement high-availability architectures for critical production systems
- Lead capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives
- Establish and maintain SLOs/SLIs across service
- Observability & Monitoring
- Architect end-to-end observability solutions using Dynatrace, Splunk, and ELK Stack
- Implement distributed tracing and APM solutions
- Design and maintain dashboards and alerting systems
- Infrastructure & Automation
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform/ARM templates
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Design containerization strategies and maintain container orchestration platforms
- Incident Management
- Lead incident response and resolution for critical production issues
- Conduct thorough post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures
- Develop and maintain incident playbooks and runbook
- Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor junior SREs and DevOps engineers
- Lead technical design reviews and architectural decisions
