Experienced Front of House Supervisor:
Location**:Junction 59 Roadhouse**

We are a local, growing restaurant group known for exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere and homemade comfort food. As we continue to evolve we are looking for a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our sustained success.

Overview: In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front of house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and supporting the service team while running high quality shifts.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead and support staff during shifts, providing direction as needed
- Train, coach and follow up with staff to uphold restaurant standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism
- Provide feedback to staff to encourage growth
- Work closely with the management team to improve procedures and achieve budgetary goals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisor or leadership role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication with the ability to lead
- Proven ability to motivate, train and develop team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance
