Office Administrator / Dispatcher

**Duties**:

- Perform data entry tasks using Excel
- Assist with supply chain management by coordinating with vendors
- Type and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate freight shipments with third-party logistics providers (3PL)
- Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure deliveries are on track
- Manage and operate phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience with data entry and using Excel preferred
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills to assess certain situations and make informed decisions
- Proficient typing skills to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
- Knowledge of freight coordination and working with 3PL providers is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external contacts
- Ability to operate phone systems and handle calls professionally

This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. The Office Administrator/Dispatcher will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and supporting the overall success of the organization.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
