**Job Description Summary**: As the Customer Account Analyst, you will be joining a fast-paced environment as part of the GE Healthcare Service Operations team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals within the various areas of service operations, IT, and Finance. You will gain exposure supporting both Sales and Service, and assist the greater organization in achieving its annual goals and objectives as an active participant.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Generating quotes and service agreements in our quoting software (QuoteWerks)
- Entering agreements in our CRM platform (Siebel)
- Timely and accurate billing of service agreements
- Generating and analyzing reports on utilization of pooled service agreements
- Working alongside and supporting internal customers (such as Service Management, Account Managers and Field Service Representatives)
- Actively working with the Accounts Receivables and Finance departments to ensure timely closure of collections issues
- Create and manage online workflow processes

**Required Qualifications**
- Education: College Diploma or University Bachelor Degree in course of completion in Business/Commerce (Accounting, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance) or equivalent related discipline.
