Receptionist / Administrative Support (Temp)

We have numerous clients in Calgary who are currently seeking Receptionist / Administrative Assistants on a temporary, contract, or casual basis Whether you are ready to return to the workforce after an extended break, well-versed in office environments with lots of experience, or you are a student with a recent Administration diploma/degree, we would love to speak to you about our current opportunities
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and greet visitors as they come into the office.
- Answer phones, refer inquiries, and direct clients to appropriate departments.
- Handle client contact lists, including database management.
- Create Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.
- Type, format, and proofread correspondence documents.
- Receive and sort daily mail and courier deliveries.
- Create and populate expense reports.
- Administrative support in the office as required.
- Follow health & safety protocols.
**Qualifications**:
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office are required to assist with day-to-day responsibilities.
- Have a professional and positive attitude.
- Enthusiastic, empathetic, resourceful, and patient while dealing with clientele.
- Proactive, able to take on various administrative tasks.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines and work under pressure.
