**Position Overview**:
As an Overnight Baker, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work independently or alongside one other team member in a peaceful, well-equipped kitchen. Your shift will run from **10 PM to 6 AM**, giving you the freedom to focus on preparing a variety of **cakes, pastries, and baked goods**. Each morning, you’ll stock our front display with your freshly made creations while ensuring additional quantities are ready to support the store throughout the day. This **full-time position**is perfect for someone with experience, creativity, and the drive to innovate while continuously learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Nighttime Mastery**:Independently manage the kitchen during overnight hours to prepare and bake a range of items, including cakes, desserts, and pastries, following established recipes and techniques.
- **Display and Stocking**:Set up the front display with visually stunning, freshly prepared goods and ensure backup quantities are ready for the day.
- **Ingredient Management**:Measure, mix, and handle ingredients with precision to maintain consistency and high-quality results.
- **Creativity and Innovation**:Bring a creative flair to dessert decoration and contribute ideas for new products to enhance our menu.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:Keep the kitchen clean and organized, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- **Equipment Proficiency**:Operate and maintain all baking equipment efficiently, reporting any issues promptly.
- **Time Management**:Plan your tasks strategically to ensure all products are ready on time for opening.
- **Collaboration**:Occasionally coordinate with the daytime team to ensure seamless operations and maintain consistent quality.- Proven experience in baking, particularly with cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Strong skills in dessert decoration and a passion for culinary innovation.
