Revenue Operations Analyst

Riva is looking for an engaged and passionate Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team If you are a wizard with data, are comfortable identifying and executing the highest priority projects, and are not afraid of new technology tools, this may be an excellent fit.
WHO YOU ARE
You have 4+ years experience in a B2B / SaaS - Revenue / Sales / Business Operations role. You have a critical thinking and data analysis record and a strong interest in learning new skills and tools. You are excited to work cross-functionally and learn how to best support different departments. You are comfortable as an individual contributor but know when to escalate or ask for help. You are not afraid to explore new tools and teach these tools to others once you learn them. You want to work within a small team and be free to lead your projects. When someone comes to you with a project, you ask what, how, and when, and help them narrow in on their needs, present other ideas/areas for them to consider, and give them something actionable. You are a trusted partner on the team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Revenue Operations is aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations across the full customer lifecycle to drive growth through operational efficiency and keep all the teams accountable for revenue. Rev Ops is the backbone of revenue teams and provides them with operations, analytics, technology, and process support. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Analyst will help manage data quality and sales input information.
**More specifically, your duties will include**:
Support the organization in managing data integrity
Establish the source of truth for prospect/customer data within Salesforce and Pardot.
Act as a resource on selected data-related issues and collaborate with sales/marketing users to verify data inputs and troubleshoot errors.
Work within the Revenue Operations team to improve processes throughout the organization
Document processes and maintain data records.
Assess and report on data quality issues, identify trends, and continually enhance the Riva data infrastructure.
Analyze data, report on core metrics, and help improve coverage, accuracy, and analysis of business dashboards.
Report marketing and sales metrics against forecast and budget targets and ensure deals flow through the pipeline effectively, from leads through to closing/top of funnel to bottom of the funnel.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to understand the campaign and program goals, objectives, and KPIs to inform reporting and dashboard development needs.
Use data manipulation tools to integrate campaign performance data from multiple channels into actionable dashboards for campaign performance tracking and optimization. Pardot experience is preferred. Salesloft experience is nice to have.
Query, clean, and integrate disparate datasets to support demand planning (Demand Gen, ABM) by helping to identify, prioritize and segment target buyers and accounts.
Implement ad-hoc custom reports to support the sales, marketing, and leadership teams and help to drive critical business decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Post-secondary degree in business, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
High-level proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, formulas) and managing large datasets.
Experience using Salesforce and Pardot.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork oriented and highly collaborative.
Strong data analysis skills.
Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI).
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, including writing clearly and succinctly in various communication settings and styles; communicating with technical and non-technical users.
**Bonus points for**:
Salesforce Admin certification and experience with other rev stack tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).
