**Job Summary**

We are looking for a hardworking, punctual individuals to fulfill a full-time position as an Office Secretary

Office Secretaries are the office gatekeepers - they answer the phone, take messages or refer calls to appropriate staff member.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- schedule appointments and update event calendars.
- arrange meetings and coordinate conference room schedules.
- attend meetings and prepare minutes or summaries of the meeting outcomes.
- address all Incoming and outgoing mail.
- open, review, sort and distribute the mail to the appropriate recipients.
- prepare memos or other reports for internal or external distribution. They may also make travel bookings and prepare travel expense reports.
- design, implement and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- search for and compile requested material from the databases.
- tracks office supplies and orders replacements as required.

Other minor duties may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication ability
- Computer literate, ability to use software MS Office Tools
- Good knowledge of the importance of his work in the organization
- Reliable and dependable
- Organized, responsible, independent and resourceful

Ability to learn and work in a team

**Operational Hours**
- Monday to Friday with flexible hours (9am - 5pm)_

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
