**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage 50 and QuickBooks for data entry and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
- Reception duties

**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage & QuickBooks) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new.
