Delta Hotels by Marriott has now opened in Delta, British Columbia, and we are looking for a customer-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team of hospitality professionals
- The housekeeping department is a crucial part of our overall operation and there is never a dull moment We work together to make the hotel shine so that guests can have the best experience possible.
- Do you notice things other people miss and take it upon yourself to get them done? If you are detail-oriented and someone who takes initiative, then we think you could be a good fit for our team
- The Housekeeping Supervisor should be focused on providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences by making meaningful connections with our guests. We are looking for someone with a friendly, outgoing attitude, and the ability to personalize guest experiences.

**Job Requirements**- Assist with training and performance management of the housekeeping department-
- Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand goals-
- Perform quality assurance requirements for the Housekeeping Department-
- Thoroughly understand and implement brand service culture-
- Perform all shift checklist responsibilities-
- Support team members to ensure the team’s entire workload is completed daily-
- Perform other duties as required**Qualifications and Attributes**
- Leadership experience is an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to adapt to the challenges of a continually evolving workforce
- Experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms
