**Fine Dining Busser/Runner**:
Our fine dining restaurant at the
**National Bank Open** is looking to add an experienced Busser/Runner to the team.

**Event Description**:
The National Bank Open is a prestigious professional tennis tournament that takes place from
**August 5th-13th.**

**Requirements**:

- SmartServe Certification
- Passionate about curating the guest experience.
- Basic knowledgeable of Food and Beverage operations
- Experience in a front facing and/or fine environment
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Can remain calm and courteous in times of high demand.
- Ensure that tables are cleared of dishes, glassware, empty bottles and cutlery in a timely fashion.
- Clear tables as necessary and will wipe down and reset tables after guests have left the table.
- Run food to guest tables during peak times.
- Assist the server with any other duties that may come up during service.
- During service, ensure that the clearing area in the back is kept clean and is maintained.
- May be required to assist in running out food and (or drinks) to tables.
