**_Role Responsibilities?_**:

- Cultivate and manage loyal client relationships through client database management and engagement after their studio visit.
- Efficiently provide appropriate solutions for all and any escalated client issues and/or concerns within a reasonable time frame.
- Working in partnership with internal operational groups to investigate and resolve all client issues
- Coordinate the production, editing, manufacturing, and delivery of client orders between all involved parties.
- Ensure compliance of operations, studio policies, and brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:
**_ Qualifications?_**:

- A minimum of 1 year professional experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer success.
- Empathetic and solution-driven service approach
- Experience in driving positive, measurable and impactful changes to improve client and internal processes
- Ability to remain resilient and sharp with each prospective client while demonstrating a high degree of maturity and integrity.
- Strong computer skills & knowledge
- Reputation for being highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
- Eagerness to learn new things and step out of your comfort zone
- Excellent verbal and written communication and personality skills in both French and English. Spanish is considered an asset
- Extremely attentive to detail - easily catch small mistakes & typos
- Closely follow all Nuovo brand guidelines while utilizing the freedom to make decisions that benefit both the client and the company simultaneously
- Must be available to work one day of the weekend.
