**What You’ll Do**
As our Lead First Aid Instructor, you’ll take the lead in creating memorable, hands-on first aid sessions while ensuring all training standards are met. You’ll not only deliver high-quality training but also support the team in all aspects of preparation and management.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- **Instructional Leadership**:
- Deliver engaging and approachable first aid training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Mentor and support fellow instructors, providing guidance to enhance class quality and participant engagement.
- Manage complex scenarios in classes, ensuring Life Start’s high standards are upheld.
- **Class and Schedule Management**:
- Coordinate instructor and training schedules to ensure seamless delivery of classes.
- Organize training materials, manage inventory of class items, and keep teaching supplies up to date.
- **Compliance and Certification**:
- Keep current with Life Start’s training and certification updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and complete participant certificates at the end of each class.
- **Administrative and Operational Duties**:
- Maintain databases, produce regular reports, and update the website with current class information.
- Perform basic data entry and assist with administrative tasks related to each class requirement.
- Conduct inventory checks, clean and maintain equipment, and travel to client sites as needed.
- **Quality Assurance and Improvement**:
- Complete monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and continually work to improve the quality of instruction.
- Follow all LST policies, procedures, and quality control measures as outlined in the Training Manual and HR policies.
**Training Requirements**
- **Hybrid Training Model**: Initial training for this position will be completed through online modules and Zoom meetings, providing a flexible, self-paced learning environment.
- **Start Date**: Mid-January 2025
- Has a proven track record in **administrative management**.
- Excels in **interpersonal relations** and is service-oriented with superior people skills.

**Requirements**:
- High school diploma; some medical background preferred.
- Professional image with **excellent interpersonal and communication skills**.
- Experience in managing administrative tasks and inventory.
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends
- Vehicle to drive to and from training locations

**Interview Process**

Pay: $24.05-$30.05 per hour
