**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all billing transactions
- Process payments and update accounts accordingly
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and issues
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth billing operations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus
- Proven experience as a Billing Clerk or similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
