**Position Overview**:
The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, submitting bids, and managing awarded projects through to successful completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, HVAC industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for HVAC projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and proposals to ensure accurate scope of work.
- Submit and follow up on tenders and quotes.
- Manage awarded projects from planning to close-out, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or changes.
- Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in HVAC estimating and/or project management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with software including Google Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Journeyperson ticket or engineering/technical background considered an asset.
