**WAGE RANGE**: $38.84/hr - $48.55/hr ($70,688.80 - $88,361.00 annually)

Supports the efficient and effective delivery of communication and public engagement activities for Oxford County programs and services. This role requires excellent writing skills and knowledge of writing styles across different mediums.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in Communication, English, media studies or a related discipline
- Excellent writing ability, including strong editing skills and familiarity with Canadian Press style
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: newsletters and publications; use of graphic design and/or video editing software; photography; use of a web content management system
- Knowledge of relevant trends, best practices and legislation
- Demonstrated ability to deal with multiple deadlines and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy through short delivery times
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team
- Ability to demonstrate the required competencies for this position in alignment with Oxford County’s Competency Framework
- Experience in a public sector or related setting is preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
