**Monthly Bonus**: One year sign off and customer survey bonus.

Equivalent to 8% of salary - approximately $7,000.00 per year.

Yearly Bonus potential of 5% of Salary - approximately $4,000.00 per year.

**What you will bring to the table**:

- Strong maintenance skills - Jack/Jill of all trades
- Journeyman/woman in a trade is considered an asset.
- Ability to use your own tools to complete required work.
- Strong ability to be proactive and adapt to continually shifting priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong sense of urgency and an ability to meet various deadlines.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Exceptional customer experience skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction and/or warranty field with a general understanding of ANHWP is considered an asset.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean abstract required.
