**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB TITLE**:Purchasing/Inventory Junior

**DEPARTMENT**: Procurement/Inventory

**REPORTING TO**: Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- New Sku Set up and Pricing Review
- Creating new locations for new Sku’s in the warehouse and Bin in Sage
- Slow Moving Stock (Identifying and sending to the sales team)
- Sku Rationalization and System Maintenance
- Discontinued & Substitute product updates
- Portal Maintenance - product in HealthO including image updates
- Inventory Controls - Min/Max
- Analyzing Cycle counts
- Second cycle counts when there is a discrepancy
- Variance IN/OUT when needed after a cycle count to adjust inventory
- Clean up codes in Sage and HealthO when needed
- Expansion Implementation
- Analyze PO report
- Sourcing product when needed
- Discontinued & Substitute product updates
- Analyze product sales report and adjusting min/max when required
- Vendor Returns and Equipment Repairs management (3rd party warranty)
- Purchasing when required
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office - including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficient with ERP systems, Sage and Website Portal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,028.76-$37,000.00 per year
