TRYPTYC THEORY is currently looking for a hands-on, experienced, talented and creative Visual Effects Producer to join our Toronto studio.

Our producers are responsible for overseeing and managing all of TRYPTYC’s exciting projects, our production and artist teams, as well as liaising with our clients and maintaining client expectations. From the initial project bid, to the final show delivery, we’ll be depending on you to keep the project on track, and on budget.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2+ years VFX Producer production experience on feature films and/or episodic television.
- High level understanding of visual effects financial budgets and scheduling.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and collaboration skills.
- Great command of current post production procedures/pipelines, terminology, and techniques.
- Strong proficiency of Shotgun and Excel.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada (Ontario based preferred, but we are flexible).

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Creating and maintaining all project bids/budgets
- Client communications - budgets, financial and scheduling expectations, shot/asset notes, etc.
- Overseeing that all client shot/asset notes are being communicated to the team and addressed.
- Monitoring all shot and asset work to ensure that they remain on budget.
- Collaborating with, and supporting the VFX Supervisor.
- Working closely with the VFX Coordinator to ensure that all delivery dates/milestones are communicated to the TRYPTYC team and are met.
- Supplying clients with weekly project status reports.
- Artist resource projections.
