The Concierge will be greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages. The Concierge provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts. **Responsibilities**: **Long Term Care Social Greeter (Present to until the end of the Provincial Covid Grant)** **Hourly Wage $21.50 per hour (Wage Levelling not applicable for these positions)** **Social Greeter - On Call** **Shifts are either 7:30 am to 4pm or 11:30 am to 8pm** **Responsibilities**: - Records data such as temperature and nature of the visit for essential or designated social visitors. - Performs rapid testing. - Explains Island Health Entrance restrictions as required. - Follows direction and criteria for providing personal protective equipment to visitors - Sorts and file Covid 19 tracking forms and documents as required. **Qualifications**: - Grade 12 and one year recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. - Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills **Qualifications**: Sunrise Senior Living has championed quality of life in senior care for more than 30 years.
