**JUNIOR TENNIS COORDINATOR (Contract)**

Hollyburn Country Club is a premier private family Club that provides its Members with an exclusive hub for activity, sport, dining, entertainment, socialization and business.

**Requirements**:

- Coach 2 or Club Pro 2
- Must be available to work Monday - Thursday and have some weekend availability
- Strong administrative skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **Own transportation is an asset due to the Club’s remote location**:

- You agree to get a Police Information Check with a vulnerable sector search

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a database of juniors in the tennis program at Hollyburn
- Manage program registration to meet high demands
- Maintain strong communication with juniors, parents and coaches
- Update and maintain notice boards, articles, etc.
- Assist in running and supervising in-house junior tournaments
- Organize and communicate junior events

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
