**Client Services Representative**:
**Here is an outline of your responsibilities**:

- Client Services works closely with a senior Customer Experience Manager and communicates with staff our direct customers and their online customers. In addition to strong communication skills this role requires computer skills and the regular production of reports.
- Supporting customers with online ordering systems including order status, tracking and returns.
- Responding to inquiries from customers in a timely manner
- Other duties may include data entry, data organization, and research on new customers

- Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt to change
- Solid computer capability including MS Excel. Experience with Inventory and Shipping systems a definite asset

**Salary**: $37,440.00-$39,520.00 per year
