**Responsibilities**:

- Create a positive customer experience
- Address customer concerns and complaints
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and customers
- Staff scheduling
- Follows all health code policies and maintains each stations cleanliness standards to ensure safety of employees and customers.
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintaining inventory
- Placing weekly orders
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Enforce store policies
- Train, supervise, and assist baristas and supervisors
- Train latte art
- Grind coffee beans, prepare espresso-based drinks, and prepare iced beverages; ensuring quality and a great customer experience.
- Refill and stock items as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Must have previous cafe experience as a manager (minimum 2 years)
- OR previous experience in the hospitality industry (minimum 3 years) with food related experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Must have shift flexibility as needed
- Exceptional leadership skills.,ft 25lb boxes, stand on feet for long period of time, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong communication skills and able to de-escalate/resolve issues
- Consistently contributes a positive attitude in the work place and wants to help others succeed
- Passion for coffee and excitement to share this with the community and build relationships
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
- Train and develop staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and laws.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
- Analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of store operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- manager: 2 years (required)
- Retail or hospitality management: 3 years (required)
