As the content specialist you report to the VP of Digital Services and work closely with our SEO Specialists and Customer Support Managers on website projects. Your mission is to support the creation of beautiful, engaging and conversion-driving websites for our hospitality clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Writing and researching Information for website content
- Revising content on existing websites
- Writing and optimizing content based on the keyword strategy provided by the SEO Specialist
- Writing project briefs for external copywriters
- Communicating with external copywriters on content deliverables
- Designing and building out page layouts for hotel websites using our easy-to-use CMS platforms
- Selecting photos from image libraries provided by clients to match and complement with website content
- Source stock imagery when needed for client websites
- Editing content on an ongoing basis either from client feedback or recommendations from our SEO Specialist
- Participating in project kick-offs and discovery sessions with clients to gather information on their hotels

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of copywriting experience
- Experience working with a content management system (CMS) to design and build websites
- Knowledge of photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Embrace challenges and find a way to come up with solutions that drive success for customers
- You have a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit - you’ll figure out a way to get things done
