**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Manage lead flow, conduct sales appointments with inbound leads, schedule client projects.
- Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
- Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
- Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5+ years of inside sales or business development (bonus if its home-services related)
- Proven track record in closing sales and managing a pipeline
- High attention to detail, self-motivated, engaging and persuasive personality
- Proficient in navigating and operating a CRM
- Has a driver's license and a vehicle
*No previous construction experience or knowledge required*
