**PAVING CREW (Multiple positions)**

Pioneer Construction Inc. is looking for a team of dedicated, loyal, and hard-working individuals to fill the available roles on our Paving Crew in the Thunder Bay area. Although training is available, experience in the construction industry will be considered an asset. All hires will be trained regardless of experience. This is a full-time seasonal position available with competitive wages and benefit packages, as well as ongoing equipment operators training and room for growth and advancement.

**We are looking for people to fill the following roles**:

- Operators
- Paver, Rollers, Material Transfer Vehicle
- Screen Person
- General Laborers

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be willing to travel for work when required
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures: safety standards operations, maintenance, training, cleanliness standards, etc.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**
- Valid G license an asset
- Experience in the Construction Industry is an asset

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing to travel to job sites with overnight stays when required
- Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental, Human Resources policies
