Care & Company is a leading provider of in-home care services in Victoria BC.
We are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients, helping them to live independently in their own homes.

**Position**:Handyman
**Employment**: Contractor - Jobs as needed
**Shifts & Hours**: Weekdays and Weekends Flexible Schedule
**Compensation**: $40+ depending on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Possesses various technical skills - general maintenance, installations, and repairs (or more)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
- Work with scheduling team to provide assessments, estimates, and services

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in providing handyman services
- Appropriate licensing in trades if needed (but not limited to)
- Ability to work independently as a contractor
- Uphold non-disclosure agreement
- Preference for those with Valid BC driver's license and vehicle
