The Head of Sales Development is a player-coach leader of the Sales Development Team. They use their experience to build effective and scalable outbound processes and data-driven decisions to constantly fine tune the machine. They embody our "show not tell" value by rolling up their sleeves and periodically jumping into the SDR role, driving outcomes and showing the team what's expected of them. This leader is rockstar SDR with a blueprint for training, enabling and developing a team of rockstar SDR's. **What Success Looks Like as the Head of Sales Development at Cinchy?** - Develop and maintain an effective, repeatable and scalable SDR system from planning, to lead sourcing to booked meetings. - Establish individual and team KPI's to meet objectives - Develop dashboards which provide performance metrics to inform decision making - Recruit, hire, onboard, train, enable and develop a team of SDR's - Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives - As needed, perform SDR responsibilities as lead SDR - Ultimately responsible for team development and quota **What We Need From You?** - Three to five years in B2B Inside Sales Development role - Knows how to build an SDR practice: systems, processes, methodology, tech stack, etcthat enables SDRs to flourish - Excellent customer-facing skills - Results driven, resilient, willing to do hard things - Proven success as an SDR - able to lead the SDR team by example - Passion for training, motivating and coaching in a fast-growth environment - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Excellent time management and organization skills - Strong problem solving skills - Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management technologies and the related IT space preferred - Experience selling to senior level IT preferred
