Fossil is an established Landscape Construction and Maintenance Company that maintains some of the finest estate properties in Vancouver and West Vancouver. Our company is growing, and we are currently seeking to add Landscape Maintenance team members to our Property Performance Division. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team that passionately maintains all aspects of exceptional outdoor spaces.

This vacancy suits someone with industry experience who is organized, takes pride in detail-oriented work, and only settles for getting the job done right. **Responsibilities**:

- Participate in ensuring the properties we maintain look great after every visit
- Weed and cultivate garden beds
- Mow and line trim lawns
- Clean and maintain all hardscape and paved surfaces on the property
- Clean and maintain other landscape element, e.g. patio furniture, custom metal work
- Maintain shrubs, perennials, annuals plantings
- Shear hedging
- Installation of seasonal plantings and garden renovations as required
- Basic irrigation repairs and maintenance

**Selection Criteria**:

- 2 years of Landscape maintenance experience
- Safely operate landscape maintenance powered equipment
- Cares about working safely and the safety of other team members.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and cares about customer service
- Education in Horticulture, Certified Landscape Technician, interest in career in horticulture or currently working towards Red Seal would be a plus
- Driver’s license, a good driving record and being comfortable driving trucks is an asset

**Job Details**:

- Permanent, full time work February to December
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
- Job site locations in Vancouver and West Vancouver
- Transportation to properties in a company vehicle in most circumstances
