**Job Summary**:
The Buyer will play a pivotal role in developing new product functions, collaborating extensively with quality control teams in China, and employing SWOT analysis to devise effective product launch strategies. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for this role, as it involves direct coordination with suppliers and quality control teams in China, as well as managing sourcing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification**:

- Utilize various analytical tools to identify potential market gaps and opportunities for new product development.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to remain ahead of market trends.
- Close understanding of new product users, adept at solving the pain points of our customers.

**Product Innovation and Development**:

- Leverage a creative mindset to conceptualize and develop new product functions, features, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to translate ideas into tangible products.
- Cooperate with the marketing team to build the roadmap to launch new products in the market.

**Quality Control Collaboration**:

- Work closely with quality control teams in China to ensure that new products meet quality and safety standards.
- Participate in quality assessments and address any issues that may arise during product development.

**SWOT Analysis and Strategy Development**:

- Utilize SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with new product launches.
- Develop comprehensive launch strategies that capitalize on identified strengths and opportunities while addressing weaknesses and threats.

**Cost Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough cost analysis for new products, including production costs, shipping costs, and other relevant expenses.
- Ensure that cost considerations align with the product's projected market value and pricing strategy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in market analysis, product development, and innovation, particularly with sourcing from China.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify market trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to envision and develop new product functions.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SWOT analysis and the ability to formulate effective strategies.
- Sound understanding of cost analysis, including production and shipping costs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate findings and proposals.
- Fluency in Mandarin required to communicate effectively with suppliers and teams in China.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
