**Role Overview**

**Corrpro Canada is a technology-enabled Cathodic Protection services company** that develops both custom software and hardware to deliver innovative and data-driven corrosion management solutions. We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking **IT Manager** to lead all aspects of our internal technology operations.

This pivotal role includes overseeing our Microsoft-based cloud infrastructure, supporting a hybrid workforce with desktop and mobile technologies, maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture, and empowering staff to become **citizen developers** through the use of low-code platforms. You will be instrumental in enabling the secure, scalable, and collaborative digital environment that underpins our technical innovation and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Technology Strategy & Leadership**
- Align IT strategy with Corrpro Canada’s digital and operational goals, supporting both field and office-based teams.
- Collaborate with internal software and hardware teams to support product development needs.
- Drive technology adoption across the company, with a focus on usability, security, and scalability.

**IT Operations & Support**
- Manage all aspects of internal IT including desktop support, mobile device management, user onboarding/offboarding, and service delivery.
- Oversee device lifecycle, licensing, and asset management across a distributed and hybrid workforce.
- Ensure reliable and responsive IT support tailored to Corrpro Canada’s field services and engineering needs.

**Cloud & Infrastructure Management**
- Administer and optimize Corrpro Canada’s Microsoft cloud environment including Azure, Microsoft 365, Business Central, SharePoint, Intune, and Teams.
- Maintain infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning, and backup/recovery strategies.
- Support remote access, connectivity, and collaboration tools for field personnel and project teams.

**Cybersecurity & Compliance**
- Lead the implementation and enforcement of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage threat detection, endpoint protection, MFA, and user security awareness training.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data and systems.

**Citizen Development Enablement**
- Promote and support the use of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enable business users to build their own tools.
- Provide training, governance, and support to ensure secure, efficient, and maintainable citizen-developed solutions.

**People & Vendor Management**
- Lead a high-performing internal IT team and manage relationships with third-party vendors and MSPs.
- Establish and track service levels, support KPIs, and continuous improvement plans.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Required**
- 5+ years in IT management, with experience in cloud infrastructure, end-user support, and cybersecurity.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies (Business Central, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Power Platform).
- Experience supporting a hybrid and distributed workforce, including field/mobile device management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to foster and support citizen development using platforms like SharePoint, PowerBI, Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, user-centric approach.

**Preferred**
- Experience in industrial services, field service operations, or asset-intensive environments.
- Familiarity with supporting hardware/software development teams.
- ITIL certification or experience with service management tools.
